Terms of service

Terms of service are usually where plain language goes to die. We’ll try to do better.

Who we are

MEe sells physical objects that accompany the MEe app’s ninety-day journey. The shop at mee.space is run from Latvia. The app itself isn’t released yet and will carry its own terms when it is; nothing you buy here requires the app, and nothing in the app will require anything sold here.

What our objects are, and aren’t

Our objects are companions for everyday reflection. They are not therapy, medicine, or treatment for anything, and we will never claim otherwise. If today feels heavier than an object should hold, please reach for a human: findahelpline.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are stated once, plainly, on the product page; the price you see at checkout is the whole of it, plus shipping as described in our shipping policy. If we ever list a price that is obviously a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than pretend it was intentional; we’ll tell you why.

When something goes wrong

Our responsibility to you is the price you paid us, made right as the refund policy describes. We stand behind the objects; we can’t stand behind what the day does with them.

The words and pictures

The illustrations, the child’s words, and the writing on this site belong to MEe. Photograph your own objects and share them anywhere; please don’t reprint our words or images as products.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the change will be visible here, dated, and not retroactive.

Questions about any of this reach a person through the contact page.
