Shipping policy

We keep shipping the way we keep everything else: stated once, plainly.

Cost

US shipping is free over $50. Under that, we charge what the courier charges us, shown at checkout before you pay. The same rule applies everywhere else we ship: the courier’s price, not a marked-up one.

When things leave

Some of our objects are made in small batches, a few by one maker. Each product page says honestly whether something is ready to leave or still being made; we’d rather you wait knowingly than wonder. Once a parcel is with the courier, you’ll get the tracking link by email.

If a parcel goes missing

Couriers lose things sometimes. If tracking goes quiet for longer than feels reasonable, write to us and we’ll chase it, replace it, or refund it. You won’t be left refreshing a tracking page alone.
